The GOLDEN MASTER is a stereo multiband processor for Eurorack, available in both 3U / 6HP and 1U / 22HP formats. Inspired by classic studio mastering processors and radio loudness units from the 90s, it combines three-band EQ, three-band compression, and mid/side processing in a compact performance-oriented module.
All three processing sections are active at the same time, allowing you to shape tone, control dynamics, and adjust stereo width simultaneously. The signal is split into LOW, MID, and HIGH bands, each with its own EQ, compression character, mute / compressor enable control, and stereo image processing.
With 24-bit / 96 kHz audio I/O and 32-bit internal processing, GOLDEN MASTER is designed as an end-of-chain processor for modular systems, live performance, and compact mastering-style patch finishing. It can make a full patch louder, tighter, wider, more focused, and more controlled.
The final brickwall limiter keeps the output level under control, making the module useful for final mix processing, feedback patching, and handling loud or unpredictable modular signals.
