SHIPPING POLICY / TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time:

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow us up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders usually are processed and shipped twice a week excluding weekends and Spanish and international official holidays.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer two shipping options for domestic (within the Spain and EU) and international orders: 1) express UPS / FedEx and 2) International Post (by Correos Spain).

Usually you can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

UPS/FedEx: Reliable and fast, offer door-to-door tracking and delivery services. Delivery times vary based on the destination but generally range 2-5 business days for any orders.

International Post (by Correos), tracked: This economical option is suitable for customers seeking budget-friendly shipping for acceries only. International Post delivery times vary significantly based on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days for international orders (not the best option for high shopping seasons).

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You will be able to view the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

4. Customs and Import Taxes:

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine the additional costs prior to placing an order.

US: No VAT tax applied, but you will need to pay 2.7% customs duties on arrival over 800 USD invoice value equivalent

International orders: All other countries typically face customs duties

EU: VAT will be added to orders accordingly to a certain country


EU orders with VAT number:

Intra-EU VIES verified VAT number owners (all EU countries except Spain): unfortunately that store engine doesn’t allow us to enter and automatically verify your VAT number. We kindly ask you to write us to info @ endorphin.es or CONTACT form with your company billing / shipping data and VAT number details - those orders must be proceed manually. If you made a purchase and want a VAT refund we must issue a new manual invoice and cancel this webstore order instead.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with invoice and a tracking number to track your package's progress. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or if the package is refused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the purchase. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

7. Minumum order quantity

Please understand that minumum order quantity is 90 EUR. We have a small team and that allows us to concentrate on important stuff.

8. Free shipping policy

Typically we send the modules/pedals with express shipping and if the order contains panels only then is it shipped typically with the international post (otherwise you selected paid express UPS/Fedex during checkout).

RETURN POLICY

We strongly recommend not to take advantage of return if you would like to try the unit initially.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please read below our return policy carefully as abusing the policy may influence refund process.

1. Return Period:

We offer a STRICT 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW from the date of delivery. No exceptions are made beyond this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at: support @ endorphin.es or CONTACT form on our website within the within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization form

b. Clearly state your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

c. Once your return request is approved, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

d. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team with the tracked shipping method and include the RMA form supplied by the support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping method is of the customer's choice but the shipping must be tracked. The earlier we receive the item back - the earlier we refund.

4. Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and inspecting their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days including taxes and shipping paid during your order. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund exceptions

Products showing signs of wear, abuse, or missing accessories are subject to a minimum 15% withholding fee. We retain the right to increase the fee depending on the unit condition or refuse returns for items purposely displaying excessive wear.

6. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

According to EU law, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes if applicable. The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

WARRANTY

1-year warranty is guaranteed from the product's purchase date in case of any manufacturing errors or other functional deficiencies during runtime.

The warranty does not apply in case of:

  • damage caused by misuse

  • mechanical damage arising from careless treatment (dropping, vigorous shaking, mishandling, etc.)

  • damage caused by liquids or powders penetrating the device

  • heat damage caused by overexposure to sunlight or heating

  • electric damage caused by improper connecting

The warranty covers replacement or repair, as decided by us. Please contact us via email for a return authorization before sending anything. Shipping costs of sending a module back for servicing is paid by the customer.
